We're a fast-growing hot tub and swim spa manufacturer based in Southern Kentucky, and we're on the hunt for a Process Engineer who can help us take production to the next level. We want to hear from you if you're ready to roll up your sleeves, dig into processes, and drive operational excellence.

What You'll Do:
As our Process Engineer, you'll work closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to improve manufacturing workflows, reduce waste, and ensure consistent quality across all product lines. You'll be the go-to expert for streamlining operations and implementing smart solutions that help us scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and optimize manufacturing processes for hot tubs, swim spas, cold plunges, and related products

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and boost product quality

• Collaborate with Production Managers, Supervisors, and Quality Teams to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks

• Develop work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Assist in new product introductions by designing scalable and repeatable processes

• Implement lean manufacturing tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and value stream mapping

• Support training efforts and help ensure best practices are adopted across the floor

• Use data and metrics to track progress and drive results

Requirements:

• Experience in the Pool or Spa industry (hot tubs, swim spas, cold plunges, etc.)

• 2-5+ years of experience in a Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Engineering role

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing process design, lean principles, and continuous improvement

• Familiarity with spa systems, plumbing, electrical components, and assembly flow is a big plus

• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
