Are you a seasoned leader in hot tub manufacturing, swim spa production, or pool & spa construction? Ready to take your career to the next level?

We're a fast-growing hot tub and swim spa manufacturer based in Southern Kentucky, and we're looking for a Production Manager who knows the industry and is ready to lead an exceptional team in building premium spa and hydrotherapy products.

We need a hands-on leader with industry-specific knowledge and a drive for operational excellence. You'll be responsible for managing the entire production floor, ensuring we hit our goals for quality, efficiency, and safety-while motivating the team to do their best work every day.

Requirements:

• Experience in the Pool or Spa industry (hot tubs, swim spas, cold plunges, etc.)

• 3+ years in a production leadership role (Supervisor, Lead, or Manager)

• Strong understanding of spa system assembly, plumbing, electrical components, and production flow

• Proven track record in process improvement, quality control, and team management

• Ability to read blueprints, manage production schedules, and collaborate across departments

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all production operations on the floor

• Drive production schedules to meet company goals

• Maintain high standards for product quality, safety, and team performance

• Work with leadership to identify and implement process improvements

• Train, mentor, and manage production leads and team members

• Ensure clear communication between departments (Engineering, Quality, Inventory, etc.)
